About the institution

The Hotel and Spa were created to become one of the best hotels in the coast of Ecuador.  Since its creation in 2008 the hotel has helped the community by creating new jobs for the local inhabitants and also attracting visitors from all over the world and the country as well.    The hotel is located in San Clemente, a small coastal town of the Manabí province.


Description of the work

This is a unique opportunity to learn in situ about the functioning of a hotel.  Interns are required to help in every activity at the hotel such as:

  1. Waitress service
  2. Support in the restaurant, the kitchen, the swimming pool, the courtyards, and the beach. 
  3. Guests service
  4. Guided tours around the hotel for interested visitors.

 Interns must have a good attitude towards working with different kind of people and working as a team as well. 


Time: Minimum time 2 or 3 months.
Interns are expected to work 7 hours per day, from Monday to Sunday. (There is a day off during the week)


Board and Lodging: Yes
Includes 3 meals per day and lodging.
